ARP, \u0130nternet Protokol\u00fc (IP) adreslerini bir Medya Eri\u015fim Kontrol\u00fc (Media Access Control &#8211; MAC) adresine \u00e7evirir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu e\u015fleme prosed\u00fcr\u00fc, IP ve MAC adreslerinin uzunluklar\u0131 farkl\u0131 oldu\u011fundan ve sistemlerin birbirini tan\u0131yabilmesi i\u00e7in bir \u00e7eviriye ihtiya\u00e7 duyuldu\u011fundan \u00f6nemlidir. En \u00e7ok kullan\u0131lan IP; IPv4 (IP s\u00fcr\u00fcm 4&#8217;t\u00fcr) ve bir IP adresi 32 bit uzunlu\u011fundad\u0131r. Ancak MAC adresleri 48 bit uzunlu\u011fundad\u0131r. ARP, 32 bit adresi 48&#8217;e \u00e7evirir ve bunun tersi de ge\u00e7erlidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A\u00e7\u0131k Sistemler Ara Ba\u011flant\u0131s\u0131 ((Open Systems Interconnection) modeli olarak bilinen ve ilk olarak 1970&#8217;lerin sonlar\u0131nda geli\u015ftirilen a\u011f modeli  OSI modeli,  belirli bir a\u011f sisteminde neler olup bitti\u011fini g\u00f6stermek i\u00e7in <strong>katmanlar<\/strong> kullan\u0131r. Bu, hangi katman\u0131n a\u011fda y\u00fckl\u00fc olan uygulamay\u0131, cihaz\u0131 veya yaz\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 etkiledi\u011fini ve s\u00f6z konusu katman\u0131 y\u00f6netmekten hangi BT uzman\u0131n\u0131n sorumlu oldu\u011funu belirlemede \u00f6nemlidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>MAC adresi, veri aktar\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n ger\u00e7ekle\u015febilmesi i\u00e7in fiziksel olarak ba\u011fl\u0131 iki cihaz aras\u0131nda bir ba\u011flant\u0131 kuran ve sonland\u0131ran <strong>veri ba\u011flant\u0131 katman\u0131<\/strong> (data link layer) olarak da bilinir. IP adresi ayn\u0131 zamanda a\u011f katman\u0131 (network layer) veya farkl\u0131 y\u00f6nlendiriciler arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla veri paketlerinin iletilmesinden sorumlu katman olarak da adland\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ARP, OSI modelinin 2. katman\u0131nda (veri ba\u011flant\u0131 katman\u0131) \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r. Veri ba\u011flant\u0131 katman\u0131, fiziksel katman ile a\u011f katman\u0131 (IPv4, IPv6, ICMP&#8230; ) aras\u0131ndaki bo\u015flu\u011fu kapat\u0131r. <strong>ARP, katman 2 adreslerinin katman 3 adresleriyle e\u015flenmesinden sorumludur<\/strong>. Ancak bu y\u00f6ntem, b\u00fcy\u00fck a\u011flar i\u00e7in \u00e7ok say\u0131da statik ARP olaca\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in ve herhangi bir k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck de\u011fi\u015fiklik a\u011f y\u00f6neticisi i\u00e7in \u00e7ok fazla g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fck \u00e7\u0131karaca\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in tavsiye edilmez. <br><br><\/li><li><strong>VPN: <\/strong>VPN&#8217;ler ARP spoofing sald\u0131r\u0131lar\u0131ndan koruman\u0131n en g\u00fcvenli yollar\u0131ndan biridir \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc VPN&#8217;ler, veri aktar\u0131m\u0131 i\u00e7in yaln\u0131zca \u015fifreli bir t\u00fcnel kullanmakla kalmaz, ayn\u0131 zamanda i\u00e7inden ge\u00e7en verileri de \u015fifreler.<br><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Anti-ARP Yaz\u0131l\u0131m\u0131:<\/strong> Davetsiz misafirleri tan\u0131mlamak ve durdurmak i\u00e7in Anti-ARP yaz\u0131l\u0131mlar\u0131 etkili olabilmektedir. Bu tip yaz\u0131l\u0131mlar g\u00f6nderilene kadar verileri kontrol edip do\u011frulayarak ve yan\u0131 s\u0131ra sahte \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015flardan gelen verileri engelleyerek \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131rlar.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ayr\u0131ca LAN eri\u015fimini kontrol etmek ba\u015fka bir \u00f6nleme tekni\u011fidir ve A\u011f Eri\u015fim Kontrol\u00fc (NAC) veya MAC filtreleme kullanan basit ba\u011flant\u0131 noktas\u0131 g\u00fcvenli\u011fi gibi ara\u00e7lar etkili olabilir. ARP zehirlenmesi sald\u0131r\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 tespitinde yanl\u0131\u015f pozitifler \u00e7ok fazla olabilece\u011finden, a\u011f trafi\u011fini izleme ve uyarma muhtemelen en etkili tespit y\u00f6ntemi de\u011fildir.
